Hello, so a few months ago I fell in love with succulents and cacti and I bought a lot of smaller ones at the beginning of the summer and I've started to notice that my succulents are turning brown, shriveling up and eventually dying. I've started watering them more often but I don't think it's happening. I was just wondering if you have any advice?
You’re probably OVER-watering. Succulents don’t need much water at all. In fact, I went on a one month vacation this summer, and didn’t worry that mine would be too thirsty while I was gone. They were perfectly fine. Make sure the soil is all the way dried out before you water, and make sure that there is a way for the soil to drain out effectively.
Use the tags at the bottom of posts to find similar plants.
I try my best to label genus/species on photos.
Be on the actual blog page for this to work better.
Just wanted to let you know that I love you, and your blog. Also ur a cutie
This is now my absolute favorite blog. It's amazing! I just have a question. I have heard different things about where to place my succulents. Som say in a sunny bright window and some say bright but not in direct sunlight. Have a great day.
Put them where they will recieve full morning light, but not direct sunlight throughout the whole day.
